The Moscow City Court reduced Alexei Navalny's arrest term from 30 to 25 days. Mediazona writes about this.

The judge said that there were no grounds for canceling the arrest decision, but the Simonovsky court, which imposed the punishment, did not take into account the fact that Navalny had two children and a doctor’s certificate.

Navalny was arrested on June 12. He was found guilty of repeated violation of the procedure for organizing a mass event (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) in connection with the action against corruption on June 12.
