The St. Petersburg human rights activist Dinar Idrisov, arrested for 14 days, holds a dry hunger strike. This was reported by civil activist Irina Yatsenko.

“Dinar just called. He asked to spread. He suffers a dry hunger strike for the second day. Water in the body enters only a cure for pressure,” Yatsenko wrote on Friday. “I tried to dissuade him from a hunger strike. He said, I quote: what else should I do here for 14 days?”

Idrisov demands to send the head of the St. Petersburg head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Umnov, his deputy, police chief Konstantin Vlasov, the head of the police, deputy chief of the public order by Viktor Podolzin and the head of the department for the implementation of administrative legislation, Yevgeny Fedorenko, for violation of the law during the action on the Marse Field on June 12.

Idrisov is serving an arrest in a specialist in Gatchina. In addition to him, 17 more administratively arrested for participation in the action on June 12 were delivered there. The two of the arrest had already ended, they were released. "Everyone in violation of the law in the resolutions of the arrest does not indicate the place of serving the sentence. He said that there are other administratively detainees in the Leningrad region, to look for them in Kingiseppe," Yatsenko reports the words of Idrisov.

The appeal for the decision on the administrative arrest of Idrisov will be considered on Monday in the St. Petersburg City Court.

On June 13, Idrisov came to the Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg, where the cases of detainees were considered on the eve of a protest campaign. However, he was not allowed at the meeting. The human rights activist drew up a protocol under Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the order of a judge or bailiff) and expelled from the court building.

At that moment, someone threw a bottle at Idrisov. He waved his hand, and the bottle flew towards the building. The police ran out of there and shouted that Idrisov allegedly escaped, tried to detain him. The people who were on the street began to chant "shame!", Demanding to release a human rights activist. Then the police called the riot police and all together pushed Idrisov into the building.

On June 15, the Dzerzhinsky district court arrested Idrisov for 14 days under article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). The meeting was held closed.

According to the OVD-Info, on June 12, 658 people were detained at a protest campaign in St. Petersburg. 247 detainees remained in the police department at night, some of them for two. Courts continue to consider administrative cases. On the evening of Friday, according to the St. Petersburg Assistance Group for the detainees, about 330 people received administrative penalties. In total, the participants of the action in St. Petersburg were already convicted of 780 days of arrest, they were appointed 161 hours of compulsory work and fined 2,874,400 rubles.

On Friday, the City Court of St. Petersburg rejected 45 appeals of the participants in the action for administrative punishments. One resolution was redone due to a technical error, but without changing punishment. The meetings took place without the participation of protection and on average lasted 15 minutes.
