Judge of the St. Petersburg City Court Julia Rusanova confirmed the decision on the 14-day administrative arrest of human rights activist Dinar Idrisov, who has been holding a dry hunger strike in the special day for the fourth day. This was announced on his FB page by an activist of "Solidarity" Konstantin Ershov.
The hearings lasted about four hours. The arrested was defended by lawyer Ksenia Mikhailov. As the activist Irina Yatsenko noted , Idrisova, during the performances, had to moisten his lips with water from the bottle: he could not say without it.
On June 13, Idrisov appeared in the Dzerzhinsky district court of St. Petersburg, which examined the cases of detainees at the protest campaign on the eve of the ongoing. However, the human rights activist was not allowed to hear. A protocol was fabricated on Idrisov under Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (non -disobedience to the order of a judge or bailiff); Then he was expelled from the court.
A bottle was thrown at Idrisov. He dismissed his hand, and the bottle flew towards the trial. The police ran out of there and, screaming, as if Idrisov escaped, tried to detain him. Activists at the building began to chant "shame!", Demanding the human rights activist. Then the police called the riot police to the rescue and all together pushed Idrisov to the court.
On June 15, the same court arrested Idrisov under part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). The hearings were illegally closed.
