The judge of the Moscow District Military Court Vadim Krasnov sentenced the three defendants in the Misanthropic Division case by real terms of three to three and a half years. From all these articles, only 205.2 involves the consideration of the case in Movs. If it had not been in the case, the process would take place in the district court of general jurisdiction.

In total, there were nine episodes. It is reported that one episode - the publishing of the video - Krasnov from the prosecution of Halepo excluded. He stated that the guilt of the defendant has not been proved on this episode.

Regarding the citizen of Belarus Dmitry Pavlov, whom the TFR represents as the founder of Misanthropic Division, Zen noted that this is a fictitious character. “Such a person does not exist, there is no date for his birth, there is no photo,” the lawyer emphasized.

It is not known who exactly from the defendants in Zen is unknown.

Misanthropic Division is called an international right -wing group. According to media reports, it was formed in 2013. In July 2015, the Krasnoyarsk Kraisud banned this structure as an extremist. It was stated that its members are fighting in Ukraine as part of the Azov regiment, and also recruit others to participate in the reflection of Russian aggression.
