Elina Murtazina and her daughter Irina - about how they spent eight days together for participation in the anti -corruption campaign on June 12 (which were by chance)

On June 20, 45-year-old Elina Murtazina and her 19-year-old daughter Irina were released in St. Petersburg, having left administrative arrest. On June 14, the judge of the Frunze district of the city Oleg Shcherbakov arrested Irina Murtazin for eight days for participating in an unauthorized anti -corruption action, held on June 12 on the Marse Field. At first, the court at first wanted to let Evelina Murtazin go, but when she asked not to separate her from her daughter, she also gave her eight days. At the same time, both women insisted that they did not participate in the action. "Medusa" met them after the exit from the temporary detention center on Zakharyevskaya Street.

I generally moved to Petersburg from the city of Mozdok to my boyfriend. On the Field of Mars, we made an appointment with him - so that my mother meets him. I knew that there would be a action, but I did not go to it.

Around me were riot police, hit with a club, kicked out. It hurt. In court I talked about this, but the judge did not pay attention to it. We were taken to buses. For about an hour, we drove around Peter, then we were taken to the sixth police station. And there we stood for about eight hours, set a person. Without food, there was nowhere to sit, all people stood. And the police are some kind of nonsense. “We want to eat,” we said. "Do you want, so what - what will we do?" - they said. We were given chicken-this is a man in the cell before us, they brought him. Then he was taken somewhere to another place.

We were put in a cell, where there were a lot of poop and stink of a bum. This is before court. And we spent a day there - I definitely don’t remember. Then they began to be taken to court. They collected people from some departments. We sat on the bus for another three hours. We were not released either to the toilet or to eat us. The police swore on us, called us, they said that we were morons. It was said not by person, but by telephone to colleagues, apparently: "They are morons, rather let's get them in court."

One person began to be brought to the meeting room. There was no prosecutor, there was a secretary, a judge and I. They told me that they supposedly showed the video where I should be. I rally with posters, I supposedly shout slogans. The judge did not even watch this video, although he was provided to him. [As I found out later], of course, I was not there.

I wrote SMS to my mother that they gave me eight days. She answered me that she would also ask for the same amount. I reacted negatively to this, because I did not want her to sit with me. Why should she sit if she was justified before? Immediately the thought came: since it was justified, it means that the rest of the court’s decisions were wrong - after all, the cases were the same, only it was justified, and they condemned me.

In the insulator, the conditions were normal. Soups gave, they were really tasty. Once a day. Borsch, some kind of hodgepodge. It was possible to smoke. They read books with my mother, talked more. They came to us from the prosecutor's office. They asked if they were offended here, whether our rights are respected. Everything was fine. In the IvS on Zakharyevskaya compared to the police department, the conditions were much better.

I will not go to any next action. I think that there should be a different plan for changes. For example, do not vote for Putin in the elections.

I am from Mozdok, got a job in St. Petersburg - by invitation, to the center of health of the spine. My work was that I went with a doctor around the country and helped with the procedures that the doctor does. We visited about five cities per month, so I practically do not visit St. Petersburg, I come for two to three days a month to sleep.

I had a meeting with my daughter’s guy, but we met only later in the police department ( the young man was not detained in the end, later he brought programs to Irina and Evelina Murtazin to the insulator - approx. Medusa ). On Marsov, we simply waited for him, then we were kept in the riot room, then several people began to take it out and put on the bus, then they kept it on the bus, and took it to the department. They kept eight hours there, standing on their feet. They did not let them sit down, they did not give water or food.

They detained very rudely, despite the fact that there was a part of people who did not participate in the rally, just stood like onlookers. My daughter was generally stuffed into a cordon, hitting with a club and pushing her foot. My child burst into tears very much.

I explained to the judge Oleg Leonidovich Shcherbakov how ridiculous our detention was. She explained that the daughter was already convicted of eight days, and I asked me to be given eight days too. I said that we did not shout slogans. I found out the last name Navalny two or three days earlier, I was not interested in politics. And the slogan itself is “against corruption” ... Well, how could this slogan could not support when we ourselves are faced with this? I believe that every respectable person should support such a slogan. But these phrases, such as “Putin - a thief” that attributed us - I would not say such phrases in my life, we have something else. There were no evidence in the court, there were no videos.

The judge, realizing that I was not involved, said that I could limit myself to two days - which I have actually left. It was two in the morning, at two in the afternoon I would have left. But I asked for eight days. He said he understands me. The whole meeting and communication was three: I, the judge and the secretary.

In the morning, in the isolator, we were imprisoned [with their daughter] together. As we were warned, there was a sanatorium. We were given new cameras, they were after repair, then, however, we were moved more compact in older cameras. We were fed three times a day: borsch, soups, pickle. The second, of course, is terrible, some cutlets are not clear what they are made of. But they did not eat them. After all, the guys wore food - volunteers, it all came to us.

The police attitude towards us as criminals. We had to almost rally, so that we were taken to the toilet. And in the isolator, the guys are all good, everyone treated with understanding. “You were convicted of politics,” - of course, no one would say in these walls, but everything was clear.

[On the attitude to politics.] I believe that everyone, first of all, should start with themselves. So that people do not take bribes, you need to not give them.

Now I will study [protest movement]. I do not agree with this injustice. And even those people who have served now - I do not think that they have "thought better of it." I think they have become more stable in their opinion. They will come out and infect others.
