Mironov stated in court that he had transferred his rights to his book to a publisher and now had no legal relationship to it.
“The case was fabricated and politicized against my principal, as he took an active part in the political life of Russia. And this was done so that Mironov would not be able to run for deputies and presidents in the future within the framework of the current legislation, ”said lawyer Nikolai Kuryanovich in court.
