In Rostov, a protocol was drawn up for an employee of the headquarters of Navalny for a single picket

Politics of Alexei Navalny in Rostov twice came to the headquarters of the police to draw up a protocol on the coordinator of the headquarters Elena Kulikova. On June 17, the girl came out with a single picket in support of Navalny. Kulikov, as well as other activists, reported to the OVD-info.

According to activists, in the evening of June 18, police from the Leninsky police department came to the headquarters with a protocol drawing up on Kulikov under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (re -committing an administrative offense). The coordinator called the USB, but the service did not come. Kulikova indicated to employees that this article could not be applied to it, since the previous decision of the court on violation of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code has not yet entered into force.

On July 20, employees re -arrived at the headquarters, already with a new protocol. Now Kulikova is charged with Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation of the established procedure for holding a meeting).

According to Kulikova, the reason for drawing up the protocol was that during her single picket two headquarters volunteers, which were the symbolism of Navalny, shot her picket on the video “to ensure safety”. The activist believes that police officers took it as a rally, although during the picket they only asked Kulikov to write an explanatory, but they did not detain anyone.
