The Tverskoy court returned for revision the materials of the case of the detained participant in the March 26 rally

On June 20, Judge Vinogradova of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow returned for revision the materials of the case of Kerim Ebutalov, who was accused of violating the rules of participation in a public event (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The activist was defended by Konstantin Boykov.

As Kerim Ebutalov told OVD-Info, he was detained on Tverskaya Square on March 26 at an anti-corruption rally, kept for some time in a paddy wagon along with other thirty activists and brought to the OVD, and everyone was released only late in the evening. Later, many detainees received calls from the police department and were asked to return to correct errors in the compiled protocols. They also called Ebutalov and asked him to come to the police, but he refused.

On June 19, a court in Pskov sided with the activists and overturned the decision of the Pskov City Court in the case of one of the organizers of the rally against corruption on March 26.

On March 26, the “He is not Dimon to us” protests took place in Russia. After the protests, several criminal cases were opened in the country, in which six people are currently involved, two have already been convicted - besides Kuliy, this is Alexander Shpakov, who also agreed to a special order and received a year and a half in a general regime colony. The case of Stanislav Zimovets is being considered in the Tver Court. The trials regarding the Andrei Kosykh episode have not yet begun , and Dmitry Borisov was detained only on June 8th.
