In Sevastopol, on June 20, the local legislative assembly adopted in the second reading the draft regional law “On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets in the city of Sevastopol”, which establishes an obligation for organizers of public events to provide public events with mobile toilets lasting more than 3 hours.
