The rating is published on the website Times Higher Education . MSU shares in it the 93rd position with the University of Aberdeen.
In addition to Moscow State University, in the list of Times Higher Education , which includes universities of 35 European countries, MFTi (from 151st to 160th places), ITMO university (191–200), NIU, MIFI, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Novosibirsk Universities (all-201–250) and another 15 universities.
The first five positions in the European rating Times Higher Education are occupied by Oxford and Cambridge Universities, the Imperial College of London, the Swiss Higher Technical School of Zurich and the University College of London.
In the world ranking of universities Times Higher Education, Moscow State University is located in 188th place.
In the world ranking, represented in June, the British consulting company Quacquarelli Symonds , Moscow State University also turned out to be the best of Russian universities, taking 95th place.
