Two participants in the action against corruption in St. Petersburg today, June 22, were detained near the building of the Primorsky District Court, where they planned to file appeals. Prior to that, they served punishment in the form of administrative arrest for participating in the action on June 12 on the Marse Field. This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to one of the detainees named Victor.
Victor, who left for 5 days of arrest, came today to the special receptionist on Zakharyevskaya Street to meet his friend Maxim, who spent 10 days there. Then, together, they went to the Primorsky court to appeal to the decisions of the same court on their arrest.
“We arrived, got out of the car, a policeman immediately drives up to us, a whole outfit comes out from there: warrant officers, senior lieutenants, captain and, apparently, an investigator in civilian clothes. They asked for documents for verification, then offered to proceed to the police department to identify some offenses in which we could participate during the Confederations Cup, ”Victor said.
In the police department, a protocol was drawn up to Viktor, in which they indicated that he allegedly publicly cursed, waving his hands, interfered with passers -by. Victor himself noted that "this is a lie."
According to the young man, the detention is connected with his desire to appeal his arrest, because today is the last day when, according to the law, they can be served. Currently, he and Maxim are still in the department.
