The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan considered the claim of the representative of the electoral headquarters of Alexei Navalny Azat Gabdulvaleev against the executive committee of the city, writes “Idel. Realities". The judge recognized as lawful the administration's proposal, in response to the notice of the rally on June 12, to move it to the Yudino settlement at seven o'clock in the morning.
Gabdulvaleev noted that he applied for the action at the earliest possible time, but the administration told him that the indicated sites were already occupied.
“There were no other organizers who wanted to submit a notification before me, since I came to the executive committee of Kazan at least 30 minutes before the start of its work. I believe that all notifications about holding any public events in Petrov Park, on Bogatyrev Street on June 12 from 14:00 to 16:00, allegedly filed earlier than mine, are falsified and invalid,” he said.
Initially, the activists planned to hold a rally in the city at 2:00 pm, but in the end they agreed to the proposal to hold it in Yudino at 7:00 am. About 600 people came to the action.
