This is a view of bureaucracy as an estate that is laid what other citizens are deprived of. It is easy to notice that both opinions not only argue among themselves, but also complement one another, calling in different words one phenomenon, the name of which is lawlessness. Increasingly, you have to hear complaints that they took the bribe, and they did not do the one for it. This means that the sovereign permits the bribe, but it does not require to work it out of his servants or cannot force them to work out. So lawlessness becomes abandoned, and this is the worst that can be.

But the main thing is not yet: society should be full, rich, healthy, and then it will be completely democratic. We are on this road so far. And when we get, I don't know. And no one knows. A curious story happened to Mikhail Khodorkovsky after he began to condemn Ukraine under the main articles of the Democratic Code. This power is called political correctness, political correctness. This is special courtesy, observance of political decency. Political correctness is one of the achievements of civilization, which is why, in fact, on it, on political correctness, and those who do not keep up with time are hung up. Political correctness is a legal child of humanism. Political correctness can only be canceled with civilization. So. If people want to be called not by gypsies, but Romami, not by Jews, but by Jews, if the nation wants not to say “in Ukraine”, but “in Ukraine”, then these desires must be respected by everyone who respects themselves.
