Acadopark did not allow overdue obligations in the cottage village of Gorki

For six months now, the cottage village, whose customer-builder is the technopark of the Novosibirsk Akademgorodok JSC, is under the close attention of the public, the deputy corps and the media. At the initiative of the Legislative Assembly, a working group was created to prepare the conclusion under the project “Hill Academon”. Vladimir Nikonov headed the work, at that moment - the general director of the Investment Development Agency. Two months later, he headed the academic park and was in the role of not only the inspector, but also responsible for the course of the construction of the village.

At the May session of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region, the new head of the academic park, who replaced Dmitry Verkhovod, presented the results of the audit. The construction project of the cottage village is located in the middle of the implementation. At the time of the presentation of the results of the work, the customer-developer went into a minus, and for many this was no surprise. The business model of most construction projects, if you make a cut in the process of implementation, will be unprofitable. Nevertheless, in addition to financial issues, deputies of the Legislative Assembly were interested in the situation with equity holders and the timing of commissioning of residential buildings.

What the numbers are talking about

Even in May, the leadership of the Academark did not deny that debt obligations to put housing into operation arose. Two months later, the picture looks different. Three apartment buildings have already been rented out. One of them was transferred to the participants in shared construction a month earlier than the intended period. This allowed the new residents to start the finish in order to become full -fledged inhabitants of the slides by the fall.

Next in line are two more residential apartment buildings. They are planned to be handed over until July 30. All construction work has been completed, a improvement of the adjacent territory is carried out, lawns are broken. A slight delay in commissioning occurred due to the transfer of the deadlines for the supply of special large -sized glass for stained glass of apartments. These houses have a completely new appearance of the entrances - they are made in the modern design style of the loft. The technopark plans to start the transfer of apartments in the near future, after receiving a permit for commissioning.

In total, 5 apartment buildings will be commissioned in the third quarter. These are 30 apartments, the total area of ​​which is more than 2.7 thousand square meters. meters. In addition, the leadership of the technopark plans that in the fourth quarter 3 more apartment buildings will be commissioned.

Simple calculations managed to find out that in 2017 it is planned to commission 8 apartment buildings. 48 spacious apartments with a well -thought -out layout, individual heating points and modern entrances will be transferred to residents.

As for individual construction, for the first six months, five cottages were commissioned and ready to transfer, construction work on five duplexes have been completed. In July and August, it is planned to rent an additional nine individual residential buildings.

Deputy General Director of the Academy of Academy, Igor Chirkov, commented on the transfer of the deadlines for the delivery of residential buildings. It became clear that for all objects whose initial transfer period was planned earlier, additional measures were taken to resume financing and accelerate commissioning. Active work was resumed to eliminate the comments marked by the working group of the Legislative Assembly. Debt obligations to equity holders will soon be fully repaid. And the region will receive additional square meters introduced in 2017.

Build us playgrounds

In addition to the volume of housing commissioned, people are always interested in the issue of improvement. On the main boulevard of the village, named after the scientist, philosopher and artist Leonardo da Vinci, the well -groomed green lawns near each house, marked parking, cozy benches are primarily focused on attention. Work is underway on the construction of internal engineering networks and asphalting of the last section of the main boulevard. As the representative of the contracting company that performs the laying of the road surface assured, the technopark indicated the hard time - the end of the work until June 30, in the same period it is planned to complete the asphalting of Zvorykin Street.

“Today we have established a productive dialogue with equity holders and residents. It is clear that the families who moved to the village a year ago want to quickly complete all the work. And we build the work in such a way as to take into account all their needs and wishes. There are many children in the village and, at the request of residents in the territory adjacent to apartment buildings, the Academy plans to mount several playgrounds. We have already started the choice of the contractor organization, ”the general director of Technopark Vladimir Nikonov shared such plans at a press conference that had passed in Gorki.

By the way, at the entrance to the village a kindergarten was recently built. The garden will accept the first pupils in September this year.

The new technopark team has many plans. To provide residents with high -speed broadband access to the Internet, by the end of August, they plan to lay a fiber -optic line. In the future, the construction of a mobile tower is scheduled. In addition, work is underway to extend the route of public transport to the village. Now in the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Novosibirsk Region there is a coordination of technical capabilities and places of stopping.

The general task of the authorities and the academic package

When changing the company's management, its priorities often change. In this whole story, one thing is instructive - the main thing is that the interests of equity holders and residents remain under protection. “The slides of the Academark” is a visual story where the tasks of the authorities and the company of the customer-developer are united.

To resume the rate of construction over the past four months, the technopark has been funded by more than 65 million rubles. Now the technopark of the Novosibirsk Akademgorodok has no debt to the general contractor. The advance of future works in the amount of 15 million rubles adds confidence that the selected course will give positive results and remove the project from the risk zone.

For us, these are not only obligations to our equity holders, those who at one time believed in the “hills of the academic park” and should get all the advantages from living in our village, these are also obligations to contractors. I perfectly understand that we solve one common task - the creation of the most favorable conditions for living citizens of our city and the region, ”summed up Igor Chirkov.

Settlement to the village

According to the technopark, for two quarters of 2017, the “slides of Academon” visited more than 150 people considering the acquisition of modern and comfortable housing near the Akademgorodok. Every day on the village’s website leave applications on excursions or consultations of more than 30 people.
