At the process of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, the judge of the Moscow District Military Court Yuri Zhitnikov expelled two jury from the collegium. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom.

Then one of the members of the collegium said that the jury No. 6 Anton Vasilievich brought some evidence in the case to the deliberation room. When asked by Zhitnikov, where he took these materials, the jury replied that he independently found them on the Internet and printed them out.

Prosecutor Maria Semenenko said that the jury relate to events on August 9 and 15, 2014. This information is in the case, but was not presented in court. The accusation does not believe that at that time preparations for the murder were already underway, the prosecutor emphasized.

Judge Zhitnikov noted that the jury is not entitled to collect information outside the court session. Thus, the assessor violated the requirement of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Zhitnikov excluded from the board of jury No. 6. Previously, he interviewed the defendants and lawyers about their opinion on this. They left the decision at the discretion of the judge.

Thus, only one spare jury remained in the collegium.

Next, the jury retired for the verdict. They have to answer 26 questions, the main one is whether Kadyrovo Zaur Dadaev is guilty of the murder of Nemtsov. According to the prosecution, it was Dadaev who shot in Nemtsov. The colleges also have to answer the question of whether the defendants deserve condescension in case of admitting their guilt. The defendant, which is recognized as deserved condescending, cannot be prescribed more than two -thirds of the maximum term.

Two and a half hours remaining up to 18 hours - the closing time of the court - the jury was not enough for the verdict. The assessors will continue to confer on Wednesday. If the jury does not manage to come to the consensus, they have the right not earlier than three hours after the start of the meeting to bear the questions posed by the judge to vote.

There are five people in the dock - in addition to Dadaev, these are the Anzor and Shadid Gubashev brothers, a former Chechen police officer Tamerlan Eskerkhanov, as well as Khamzat Bakhaev. Each of them is charged with paragraphs "Z", "Z" part 2 of Article 105 (hiring murder as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). The maximum punishment for the first of these accusations according to the Code is the death penalty (in connection with the moratorium on such a measure - a life sentence). None of the defendants admit guilty.

Anzor Gubashev and the deceased during the detention of Beslan Shavanov are considered direct accomplices of Dadaev. The pursuit of Shavanov was discontinued in connection with his death.

The accusation calls the Kadyrovts Ruslan Mukhudinov as the customer and organizer of the crime. Mukhudinov’s location, according to the Investigative Committee, could not be established during the investigation. Materials in relation to him, as well as "other unidentified persons" are allocated into separate production.
