Maxim “Tesak” Martsinkevich was sentenced to nine years in the colony for the “occupy-narcofilia”. Report "Medusa"

On June 27, the Grandmother's District Court of Moscow sentenced the nationalist, the leader of the Restruk movement, Maxim “Tesak” Martsinkevich by nine years in a maximum security colony. In total, he will spend 10 years in prison - taking into account the previous sentence. Martsinkevich was found guilty of arousing hatred, robbery and hooliganism. Together with his associates (on June 27, nine of them also received real terms - from three to the decisions of their years in prison), he attacked the alleged drug dealers and recorded a video with mockery of them. Medusa visited the announcement of the sentence to Martsinkevich.

Judge Alexander Glukhov began to announce the verdict to Martsinkevich and his associates with a half hour delay. Several dozens of fans of the Restructure leader came to the “Grandmother” - mostly young people of sports views in the top of fastened shirts or polo, often with a beard, a fashionable haircut and tattoos. In front of the meeting room, they discussed the dates of the exam on chemistry and physics and with admiration, as if at celebrities, looked at the five defendants, whom the court, unlike Tesak, did not arrest and left the sentence before the sentence.

The only girl among the accused is the 20-year-old graduate of the legal faculty Elizaveta Simonova. She came to court in a magnificent bright blue skirt, with a bandage bandage on her thigh-on the eve of Simonova she made herself a tattoo, which she wrote about on her social networks.

Prosecutor Viktor Antipov took his place after another 40 minutes. He caused a lively reaction of Tesak's supporters-someone even accompanied his appearance, singing several notes from Beethoven's fifth symphony. “Gentlemen, calmly,” the bailiff reassured suspiciously politely.

In anticipation of Judge Elizabeth Simonov - she is also called fiercely - she had fun with her girlfriends, they periodically offered her to take a selfie and treated her Kinder chocolate.

There were several of her former classmates in the girl support group. They told Medusa that they are “solidarized” with the accused: “If the state itself does not catch drug dealers, someone has to take it into their own hands.” Young people - they are about 20 years old, they study at legal faculties and faculties of political science - also said that they read the books of Tesak (Marcinkevich wrote the books “Destructure” and “Restructure”; both were recognized as extremist in Russia) and have long been following his activities: “For people with a sharpened sense of justice, whose friends, for example, died from drugs, a real Gera.”

The judge began the announcement of the sentence, dwelling in detail on the details of the crimes of each of the ten accused. Martsinkevich, designated in the verdict as a “adherent of the ideas of National Socialism,” was accused under four articles. According to one of them-the 282nd, providing for responsibility for inciting hatred-Tesac was convicted three times.

For the first time, he ended up in prison in 2007 after he shouted to Zig Hale during the democratic debate in the Moscow Cafe Bilingva, they were led by Alexei Navalny, who wrote a statement on Tesak. Then Martsinkevich received three years in a maximum security colony. In 2009, he was convicted of the distribution of a video in which Martsinkevich and his associates staged the execution of the Tajik drug dealer.

Having been released in 2010, Martsinkevich created the movement "Occupy-Pedophilay". His goal was stated for the fight against pedophiles: Tesac and his associates met through the Internet with people, pretending to be minors, met with them, beat and humiliated, shooting all this on the video and subsequently laying it on the Internet. Based on the results of one of the shares of Martsinkevich, he was arrested and subsequently received a prison term by the deputy head of the bailiffs of the Moscow Region Andrei Kaminov (depraved actions in relation to a minor). Martsinkevich himself said that his project was aimed at “propaganda of national socialism”, and stated that, in his opinion, “all the pedophiles in the soul of the liberals”.

Similar methods were the Movement-Narcophilia movement, also created by Martsinkevich after leaving prison-thus Tesac and his colleagues, according to them, fought drug trafficking.

Tesak received the third term in 2014 for posting three videos on his VKontakte page, which the court recognized as extremist. One of them was called "throw a chuckle! Election campaign! ”; The other two were video reviews for the films "Stalingrad" and "Near Football". Martsinkevich was sentenced to five years in prison in a maximum security colony, but soon the term was reduced to two years and ten months.

Two months after the next sentence, several more criminal cases were opened on Martsinkevich. This time, in addition to accusations of extremism for the distribution of his own books, to Martsinkevich was charged with part 2 of article 162 (robbery committed by a group of persons) and part 2 of Article 213 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons).

At least eight episodes of attacks on the alleged drug dealers (representatives of the "Okopai-Narcophilia" called this "safari") were based on the basis of the charges. For example, one of them, a native of Tajikistan, Tesak and his ally hit a stamper, beat him, torn his shirt, stained the pants from the spray can, took the money and the phone and forced to eat a smoking mixture - and the video shot during the annoyance was posted on the Internet.

An hour after the start of the sentence, the judge allowed the audience to sit down; Having read out most of the text, he announced a break. After him, the defendants and their relatives returned to the hall reluctantly, but in a good mood - and the bailiff even arose of suspicion. “Gentlemen,” he turned to those present, “admit, which of you accepted you?” Here not only me, but also other citizens feel. ” Someone from the audience suggested that the prosecutor drank.

Before the judge arrived at the prosecutor Antipov, Tesak suddenly turned. The prosecutor and the accused was shared by the glass of prison boxing and television operators lined up in a row.

After another two hours, it became known that all the defendants received real terms. While the judge read the number of years that the defendants had to leave, Tesak's associates looked at each other with friends and relatives, handed them mobile phones, ties and valuable things.

Tesac will spend ten years in prison, but his sentence will be calculated from January 2014. The lawyer of Martsinkevich left the resolution of the sentence. The lawyer of one of his associates Nikolai Ivanov told Medusa that all defenders would appeal the court verdict.
