In Rostov-on-Don, unknown people damaged the car of the coordinator of the local election headquarters of the opposition Alexei Navalny Elena Kulikova. On the night of June 26, her Mitsubishi Outlander was painted with paint from the spray can and pierced the tires of all the wheels, the Navalny team in the VKontakte social network said in the public.

Kulikova herself suspects that security officials are involved in this incident. “I am almost 99% sure that this is the work of law enforcement agencies,” the Donnews agency quotes. “If they did not do it themselves, then by their tip.
