In relation to the lawyer of the local headquarters of Navalny, Kirill Nikolenko, two administrative cases were opened at once under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of an uncoordinated public event) - for rallies in front of Theater Square in the park on Dvoryanskaya Street and on the observation deck near the Dmitrievsky Cathedral.
Activist Anton Komin was prosecuted under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by a participant). Also under Part 5 of Art. On February 20, activist Victoria Lobova will be tried for a poster with the inscription: “I am a girl, I don’t want to decide anything.
