“You yourself know”: the coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny in Kaluga is evicted from the hostel

The coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny in Kaluga is evicted from the university hostel a month earlier than the deadline for the contract of residence. When asked by the student about the reasons for the eviction, the administrator of the hostel said: "You yourself know." The student told the OVD-Info about this.

On June 27, the coordinator of the regional headquarters of Navalny Evgeny Zhazhin could not go to the hostel of Kaluga State University. His pass into the building was blocked. When asked by the student about the reason for the blocking of the hostel, the administrator of the hostel said that it was recommended to evict Zhazhin a month earlier than the planned time: not on July 31, but until July 1.

When asked by Zhazhin about the reasons for such changes, the administrator said: "You yourself know everything." He was given time to evict until the end of the week. The student has concluded an urgent residential contract, which states that he lives in a hostel until July 31.

Before that, the student called the commandant, but he was in his hometown of Condrovo and could not come. The activist believes that these actions can be associated with his socio-political views and work at Navalny headquarters.

The community of the Kaluga headquarters of Navalny Vkontakte reports that earlier “people in costumes” had already come to Evgeny Zhazhin and talked with him for a long time about his participation in the work of the headquarters.

As Zhazhin said OVD-Info, he today "said this to his dean, she knows nothing about this situation." The young man intends to meet with a lawyer on June 28 and "clarify this situation again, already with a residential contract and with a recorder."

UPD. June 28. As Yevgeny Zhazhin said, the next day, he talked once again with the hostel administrator and he allowed him to stay in the hostel until the end of the month, as provided for by the contract.
