The man detained at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications was released after a conversation

near the building of the Ministry of Mass Communications and Communications, the minor was released from the Tverskoy police station after an explanatory conversation in the office of the juvenile affairs inspector. The young man reported this by calling the hotline.

Detainee OVD-InfoAccording to him, he decided to lay flowers at the department building in connection with a number of prohibitive initiatives regarding freedom of speech in the Russian Federation, including the possible blocking of the Telegram messenger. In his opinion, such initiatives mean the death of the ministry and he decided to honor its memory with flowers.

According to information that has appeared, a detention report was nevertheless drawn up against the teenager, and a report on improper performance of parental responsibilities was drawn up against the mother (Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code).
