The government does not see a conflict of interests in the appointment of the son of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin Alexei to leading posts in the United Aircraft Corporation and OJSC "Ilyushin Aviation Complex". This is stated in the answer to the request of the Center for the Anti -Corruption Policy of Yabloko, according to the party website.

The document notes that Rogozin notified the leadership of a possible conflict of interests and that there are no grounds for proceedings. In Yabloko, they insist that the procedure for preventing or resolving a conflict of interest is not limited to a notification. The head of the CAP Sergey Mitrokhin demanded that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev present the audit materials and take measures up to the removal of Rogozin from office.

Mitrokhin also requested information from the presidential apparatus and sent a complaint to the Prosecutor General, who did not provide a response within the time period established by law.

In early May, the board of directors of the United Aircraft Corporation approved Alexei Rogozin as the general director of the Ilyushin Aviation Complex (IL OJSC). In accordance with the control model introduced by the UAC, the son of the prime minister at the same time preserved the position of a specialized vice president of the UAC for transport aircraft. Both structures are controlled by the state and are included in the military-industrial complex, which is supervised by Dmitry Rogozin in the government.

Il OJSC becomes the head company of the formed transport division, on the basis of which other assets of the UAC-VASO, Aviastar-SS, OAK-TS, EMZ named after Myasishchev, as well as a number of aircraft repair enterprises.

Rogozin was born in 1983. In March of this year, he was appointed Vice President of the UAC for transport aviation. According to the sources of Kommersant, the President of the Corporation Yuri Slyusar and the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, who is the chairman of the board of directors of the UAC, advocated the transition of the Rogozin to the Aviation industry.

In April 2016, Rogozin Jr. became Deputy Director of the Department of Property Relations of the Ministry of Defense. In the military department, he oversaw the work of large subordinate Ministry of Defense of enterprises, in particular Aviaremont, Special Repair, Office of the 224th Flight Detachment and others, and also implemented plans to transfer military repair plants to industrial enterprises. In addition, he participated in assessing the status of the assets of the Federal Agency for Special Construction. Prior to that, he worked for three years as the director of the Aleksinsky Chemical Plant, and even earlier he worked at Orsis, which produces small arms.
