In Tver, prisoners were fined for tattoos with Nazi symbols
The Kalininsky District Court of the Tver Region fined two prisoners from the regional penal colony No. 10 who have tattoos with symbols of the Third Reich for promoting Nazi symbols.
The decision was made on June 22. The message of the press service on the website of the court is entitled "Propaganda of Nazi symbols by convicts in the colony."
According to the Tverigrad website with reference to the court, each prisoner was fined 1,500 rubles.
One of them, a native of Toropets born in 1979, has tattooed shoulder straps of the SS uniform, an armband with a swastika and the coat of arms of the Third Reich on his chest, the newspaper reports. The second man, a native of Kashin, born in 1991, tattooed the coat of arms of Nazi Germany on his neck.
The problem is that one of the convicts, the youngest, is not going to remove his tattoo, which means that it is likely that he will end up in court more than once. Another convict promised to remove his tattoos.
