In the Murmansk region, police officers came to work to starve as a sign of disagreement with a 100% cut in bonuses, beggarly wages and the arbitrariness of employers to railroad fitters from the Polyarnye Zori station. This was reported to OVD-Info by one of the participants in the hunger strike, Sergei Fateev.
According to him, at the moment the police are questioning three starving people. Fateeva himself, who had already left the station, was invited by the police over the phone to talk about the hunger strike. Fateev said that when the fitters went on a hunger strike, the authorities came to them, accompanied by the police and the FSB. The chief argued that the hunger strike was prohibited. The starving people filed a complaint against Russian Railways with the prosecutor's office.
