On Wednesday, the 2x2 portal from Blagoveshchensk and several Facebook users from this border with China of the Russian city published photos of the sign of the local bar "Bulgarian". In the photographs (their authenticity of Radio, Freedom was confirmed by a resident of the city, Natalya Gaskova, who first noticed the sign) shows a kind of set of rules, the first point of which reads:

"The bar does not serve LGBT members! Have a conscience, there are so many beautiful women around! And the fifth male point has not been invented for that. So the entrance for gays is prohibited!" (The spelling of the original is preserved).

Neither reporters of the Annunciation media, nor Radio Freedom managed to contact representatives of the institution. All phones indicated on his website and in public sources on the Internet were disconnected on Wednesday. The Bulgarian Barrin Bulgarian account on Instagram was also removed. Therefore, it was not possible to find out how to control the sexual orientation at the entrance to the bar - how the mystery remained and why the gay of the entrance to the institution was ordered, and for example, there are no lesbians and transgender people.

But the journalists managed to get through to the local branch of Rospotrebnadzor, in which they recognized that by law, employees of the institution should serve all customers. At the same time, the department noted that administrative responsibility for non -compliance with this norm is not provided for in the law and advised "representatives of sexual minorities to apply to the court in order to achieve permission to visit the bar."
