The guilt of Kadyrovts Zaura Dadaev, whom the investigation called the direct executor of the crime, considered 10 jury proven, two spoke out against. When asked whether he deserves condescension, four members of the collegium positively answered.

Anzor Gubashev, the jury unanimously found guilty of the murder as part of the group. In the guilt of his brother Shadid, one member of the collegium doubted, Temirlan Eskerkhanova - two. Only eight jury considered proven guilt of Hamzat Bakhaev. For condescension to the Gubashev brothers, one jury spoke each, for Eskerkhanov - two, for Bakhaev - four.

Also, by a majority vote, the jury considered all the defendants guilty and not deserving on the issue of illegal turnover of weapons.

The court appointed a discussion of the consequences of the announced verdict on Tuesday July 4.

“Most of the verdict repeats our position. But we recall that we consider Bakhaev’s guilt not proven. But the jury considered it proven. We cannot say that we were satisfied with the verdict. We would be happy if the murders were not at all. But the main thing is that neither the organizers nor the customers were found,” said Nemtsov’s lawyer Vadim Prokhorov. “It is no secret that there was serious pressure on the jury. Nevertheless, they showed resistance and made a fair verdict in relation to the bandits who lost the lives of Nemtsov. However, the case cannot be considered disclosed while the organizers and customers remain at large,” commented the verdict of the deceased politician Ilya Yashin. “If the customers will move away from Russia, then political murders in Russia will continue.”

On Tuesday, Judge Yuri Zhitnikov turned to the jury with a lengthy parting word in which he listed evidence in the case. Then the assessors went to the deliberation room. However, until the evening they could not bear the verdict. On Wednesday, the jury discussed their decision all day, but never came to him. By evening, they asked the judge a couple of technical questions about how to fill out a question sheet. After that, the foreman said that the college was tired and asked to take a break for the night.

Prior to this, Zhitnikov expelled two jury from the board : one of the spare composition and one of the main ones. The jury No. 6 from the main composition was excluded for bringing the card and gluing with information from the case materials that were not announced in the process to the deliberation room. To the question of Zhitnikov’s question about how these data came to the assessor, he replied that he independently found them on the Internet and printed it out.

Each of the accused was charged with paragraphs "Z", "Z" of part 2 of Article 105 (hiring murder as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). The maximum punishment for the first of these accusations according to the Code is the death penalty (in connection with the moratorium on such a measure - a life sentence). None of the defendants admit guilty.

Anzor Gubashev and the deceased during the detention of Beslan Shavanov are considered direct accomplices of Dadaev. The pursuit of Shavanov was discontinued in connection with his death.

The accusation calls the Kadyrovts Ruslan Mukhudinov as the customer and organizer of the crime. Mukhudinov’s location, according to the Investigative Committee, could not be established during the investigation. "An investigation of the criminal case allocated to the customer and the organizer of the murder of Mukhudinov, who has been on the international wanted list in November 2015, as well as in respect of other unidentified persons," said Svetlana Petrenko, official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee.
