A girl who was the administrator of a “suicidal public” was arrested in Kamchatka. She is suspected of attempted murder

The Investigative Committee announced the arrest of an underage girl from the Kamchatka Territory, who was the administrator of a "suicidal group." She is suspected under the article "Attempted murder committed by a group of persons."

According to investigators, the girl corresponded with "potential victims" using accounts under fictitious names. In March 2017, on her instructions, a girl from Khabarovsk tried to commit suicide, but “the tragedy was prevented by law enforcement officers.”

In the message of the UK, it is noted that the girl became the administrator of the group “after undergoing distance training”, turning to another administrator living in western Russia.

In June 2017, in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, where there was already an article “Incitement to suicide”, appeared the articles “Declination to commit suicide” and “Organization of activities aimed at inducing suicide” . It was decided to introduce them after resonant publications about "suicidal publics".
