Seeing the conflict of interests in the Rogozin clan is hindered by the long -standing traditions of Russian statehood

On Tuesday, it became known that the Government apparatus answered the Yabloko party to a request for a conflict of interests in the appointment of a young manager Alexei Rogozin by the vice president of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) in March and general director of OJSC IL in May. Although our government owns the Ilyushin and the UAC aviation complex, and the dad of young talent, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Olegovich, who has been overseeing the aviation industry for a year, where they are included, the government of a conflict of interest in this story did not. There is no conspiracy in this story when relatives and close people can help each other in business, work or career using positions.

Since the time of Peter I and Catherine II, Russia has been trying to introduce world practices for the fight against such outrages. Now a whole procedure has been established. And in this case, the promising son was supposed to inform when appointing: my dad, he is the whole industry dad. The Yabloko government just reported - the recognition took place, everything according to the rules, lag behind us.

For all the facts and documents available today, the procedure has been broken in three places. The case ended with the sincere recognition of Alexei Rogozin, while according to the plan, all this is just beginning. Rogozin did not notify the conflict of interests in connection with the appointment of the UAC, the audit was not carried out in the apparatus, the final decision of the Presidium of the Council of the Russian Federation under the president did not make corruption.

Is there a danger of family corruption when the dad leads the military-industrial commission, the main body that forms the state defense order (this year is more than 1 trillion rubles), and the son fights for orders for the largest defense holding? After all, in a family circle on the couch and with a calculator, they can discuss this. The government believes that there is no danger.

There were two historical approaches to control over the expenditure of state money. The son of Dmitry Rogozin in the defense complex is really not a newcomer, he still made a rifle, then gunpowder, followed the property in the Ministry of Defense. Who, if not him? Since the 15th century, it is believed that my relatives have not stealed its relatives, or stealing a little, or stealing a lot, but she, as we see, are many pluses. This is a form of control in conditions of complete distrust for everyone outside the family or clan.

Since the Enlightenment, Europe has been developing another approach, which has been taken out by a centenary practice: they steal their own more and more often, and it’s easier to control strangers. There are other strangers for this, with their interests. This is a formula for distrust of human nature. This method does not work neither in Russia nor in Ukraine. Because we have strangers run to negotiate with relatives immediately upon joining the controlling position.

Suppose an anti -corruption procedure was followed, the issue was investigated, and the government’s conclusion was received by the department with an impressive name for the President of the Russian Federation to counteract corruption to summarize the results. Courageous fighters gathered there, who repeatedly proved their fundamental, unbending, independence: Barschevsky, Medvedev (dad over Pope Rogozin), Zorkin, Bastrykin, Kucheren, Minister of Justice and the chairman of the Supreme Court, Naryshkin, honorary citizen Petrozavodsk Nurgaliev, Chaika and Stepashin.

It is believed that these reliable people themselves do not steal and do not give others. True, the poet Ulyukaev, included in the Presidential Council under the President of the Russian Federation to counteract corruption by decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 683, is now arrested that he took a bribe of $ 2 million right in the Rosneft building. Well, at least, this is his colleague on the advice of the President of the Russian Federation to counteract corruption, the head of the FSB of the Russian Federation Alexander Vasilievich Bortnikov, the subordinates of whom took Ulyukaev. And I did not find confirmation that the former Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation was dismissed from the Council under the President of the Russian Federation to counteract corruption.

If these people tremble and say that there is no conflict of interests between the Rogozins, all my hope for a member of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation to counteract corruption, an authoritative member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Galina Khornokova, former chief accountant of the Starobelitsky Selpo, Konyyshevsky district of the Kursk region.
