On June 28, the Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested Dmitry Ilyin, a participant in the action “I was tired” on April 29, for five days. The court found Ilyin guilty of disobeying the order of a police officer (under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by Open Russia with reference to lawyer Sergei Golubka and members of the Public Monitoring Commission.

Thus, Dmitry Ilyin became the first to receive an administrative arrest in St. Petersburg for participating in the April 29 rally. Ilyin was detained at the action "I'm tired" in St. Petersburg, but after the protocol was drawn up on April 30, he was released.

“Then he was tried, but the case was returned to the police department. Dmitry is a member of the precinct election commission, and a trial is possible only with the consent of the St. Petersburg prosecutor. They received consent, he was tried again, and today the court ordered an administrative arrest, ”Golubok said, adding that Ilyin himself is a professional lawyer.
