Yes, you yourself look in the case: all the characteristics are excellent, without complaints, without problems, without deviations. And suddenly he leaves to serve in Chita. And on the first day. And then also the unprofessionalism of the investigation, which never established the reason - the true cause - the death of our son. Because not all possible studies were carried out. Numerous complaints of insufficient actions by the investigation and illegal attempts to close the case helped to carry out a number of additional investigative procedures, but it turned out that this was not enough. “The most vile - we were not even considered the victims,” Anatoly throws in a conversation. And the lawyer of the Foundation Nadezhda Kuzin agrees with him: “In addition to all other violations and shortcomings of this criminal case, the non -recognition of the parents of the deceased in the execution, brought to the suicide of a soldier, is especially evident, as victims. This is still necessary to prove, although it is quite obvious that the death of their son caused deep suffering, moral damage, their constitutional right to the family was violated (and irrevocably). At the same time, the next refusal to resume the investigation stated that in fact the parents were provided with the same information that they would receive, being recognized by the victims. And this legal interpretation is unlawful: and we took advantage of this in the fund for another appeal. It is clear that the parents of the guys are not sufficiently fed to capture such subtleties, for which we exist - both in the case of the Ilyins and in other similar matters. ”

To date, only one instance remained in Vanya’s history - the military prosecutor's office. There are few chances. But lawyers leave no hope. Moreover, this is not the only thing.
