The Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested Rasima Sorcakov, a defendant in the case of the use of violence against police officers during the anticorepting action in June 12. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press secretary of the court to Juno Tsarev.

“The Basmanny court satisfied the petition of the investigating authorities to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention against Rasim Iskakov, accused of committing three crimes provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of irregularities for the life of the authorities). This preventive measure was chosen for two months, that is, until August 27, 2017,” Tsarieva said.

According to the investigation, on June 12 on Tverskaya Street, Vorodakov applied violence three times against riot police and two other police officers. He did not admit the guilt in the incriminated crimes, but refused to testify. In addition, a native of Dagestan Iskakov does not have a permanent residence in the Moscow region, lives on the street and does not work. He was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility, including participating in inconsistent mass events.

On June 17, “Open Russia”, citing a source in the police, reported that the employee of the Russian Guard Yuri Poszhennikov appealed to the police with a statement that during the campaign on June 12 the unknown hit him on the back, which is why the riot police "fell and damaged his left hand." At the same time, the source noted that the suspect is under the recognizance not to leave . In addition, the case was initiated against a man under Article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism) for an explosive packet thrown into the crowd during the action.

The initiation of the case on the fact of use of the explosion and detention of the suspect was reported the next day after the action. However, in both cases, the name of the suspect was not mentioned, while in one case he was called a native of Dagestan, in the other - Chechnya.

Thus, at present it is known about the four defendants in the June 12 case. Under house arrest are 32-year-old Petersburger Vladimir Abrosimov and 17-year-old Moscow schoolboy Mikhail Galyashkin . In St. Petersburg, from the 17-year-old activist of the Youth Apple, Dmitry Myakshin, a non-departure subscription was taken. All of them are charged with part 1 of article 318.
