
Five employees of the Department of the Federal Security Service in Moscow and the region are accused of bribery. This was reported by "Kommersant" with reference to sources in the special service.
Deputy Head of the 7th Interdistrict Directorate Colonel Alexei Kruglov and operative Roman Nadezhdin are suspected of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale associated with extortion (part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code). Denis Semenov, as well as operatives, Alexei Vinokurov and Arthur Yusufov, the head of the UFSB department in the city of Balashikha, the investigation is charged with mediation in bribery (part 4 of article 291.1).
According to investigators, special services discovered violations when registering employees of the Snegirev Research Institute of Technological Institute JSC in Zheleznodorozhny Moscow Region. The company specializes in the development of fuses for a wide range of ammunition. The Chekists threatened the director of AO Igor Grigoriev as initiating a criminal case of particularly large fraud or embezzlement and demanded several million rubles for each “dead soul” allegedly identified at the enterprise. Later, the amount of compensation was reduced to 3 million.
Grigoryev filed a statement on extortion to the FSB Office. When transferring the money, Kruglov was detained. The remaining alleged participants in extortion were detained at workplaces.
Nadezhdin and Vinokurov pleaded guilty and decided to cooperate with the investigation. The Moscow District Military Court, at the petitions of the 51st Military Investigative Department of the TFR, placed them under house arrest. The rest of the defendants who did not plead guilty were arrested for two months.
Representatives of the defense of the accused from comments abstained, citing subscriptions of non -disclosure, given to the investigation participants.
The sources of the publication reported another corruption case against an employee of the Federal Security Service in Moscow and the region. For mediation in receiving a bribe of 100 thousand dollars was detained, and then Colonel Stanislav Golyev was arrested. According to investigators, he extorted money for the termination of inspections in relation to institutions of the Department of Culture of the Government of Moscow, while arguing that dollars will go to his leadership.
Now a large -scale anti -corruption check is being held in the FSB in Moscow and the region, sources said. According to its results, some management managers can be resigned.
