In Orenburg, the police are checking the actions of the Cossacks who took away a poster from an activist

In Orenburg, the police did not see a criminal offense in the actions of the Cossacks, who on March 26 prevented activist Yury Kamsheev from holding a solo picket, but are conducting an additional check under Art. 5.38 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (obstruction of a public event). On March 26, Kamsheev came to the square to the House of Soviets with a poster on which it was written “Dimon is a thief” in order to hold a one-man picket. After some time, the Cossacks appeared. One of them took the poster away, took it aside and trampled it down. Another demanded that the person filming what was happening on camera remove the video, but “otherwise you will find something somewhere.” The Cossacks behaved aggressively and all the time urged Kamsheev to leave the square.

The police response to Kamsheev's statement says that no information was found about the violation of the norms of the current legislation by the police, however, they will conduct an additional check.
