During a series of single pickets throughout Moscow, at least five people have already been detained - two minor girls on the Crimean Bridge, Veronika Bykadarova on the Zamoskvoretsky Bridge, Milena Khutoryanskaya on Pushkinskaya Square and Olga Romasheva near the building of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. There is also information about a sixth detainee. The girls report this by calling the OVD-Info hotline.

Activists went out to single pickets with blank white sheets of paper in their hands and their mouths taped shut.

Romasheva, who came out to the Duma, was taken to the Tverskoy police station. At first, the police officer told her that the tape was visual propaganda, but the white sheet was not. Then he stepped aside and talked to someone on the phone. When he returned, Romasheva asked him why the tape was considered propaganda. The policeman offered to clarify this issue at the police station.

Also brought to Tverskaya was activist Milena Khutoryanskaya, who staged a similar solo protest at the Pushkin monument.

Bykadarova, who was taken to the Kitay-Gorod police station from Nemtsov Bridge, has already been released from the police, having drawn up a report on her under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). According to her, the girl who was photographing her was also detained along with her. She is still in the police department. The police forcibly took Bykadarova’s phone when she began filming what was happening in the department.
