In Moscow, near the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge, where the Boris Nemtsov memorial is located, activists Irina Epifanovskaya and Elena Kotenochkina were detained. This was reported by the duty officer of the Nemtsov Bridge, Grigory Simakov.
OVD-InfoEpifanovskaya and Kotenochkina stood with posters in support of the head of the Karelian society “Memorial” Yuri Dmitriev, who is accused of three articles of the Criminal Code. Now the detainees are in the police department.
“China-Gorod” Dmitriev is accused of making pornographic photographs with the participation of his underage adopted daughter. Lawyer Viktor Anufriev reported that Dmitriev photographed the girl once a month to monitor her physical development.
The head of the Karelian “Memorial” is also charged with Article 135 of the Criminal Code (committing depraved acts without the use of violence) and Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal possession of firearms).
charged UPD: Protocols were drawn up against the women under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (Violation by a participant of a public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing), after which they were released.
