The Moscow City Court left Alexey Politikov, a defendant in the March 26 Case, in custody

On July 3, the Moscow City Court rejected an appeal against the preventive measure in the form of detention of activist Alexei Politikov. Denis Romanov reported this to the Nationalist Party.

OVD-Infopress Secretary Alexey Politikov was detained on June 10 after spending the night in the house of nationalist Vyacheslav Maltsev. He is accused of using violence during an anti-corruption rally on March 26 against a police captain of the second operational regiment of the Moscow Main Internal Affairs Directorate (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
