A court in the Altai Territory fined a train conductor who forced two passengers to jump out of the car while it was moving.

In the Altai Territory, a court ordered the conductor, who forced two passengers to jump out of the car while the train was moving, to pay 15 thousand rubles as a fine. This was reported by the press service of the West Siberian Investigation Department for Transport.

In September 2016, two passengers on the Biysk-Novosibirsk-Biysk train did not have time to get out of the car at the Altayskaya station, because the conductor did not warn them about their arrival in time. When the train started moving, the conductor insisted that the passengers jump out while it was moving. The women received numerous bruises and abrasions.

The conductor was fired. By a court verdict, she was found guilty of providing services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers (Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code).
