The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region Alexei Varyushchenkov held the reception of voters in his district. One of the main issues was the repair of the Central District Hospital in Chistozerny. The parliamentarian intends to negotiate with the regional Ministry of Health.

Upon arrival in Chistozerny, the deputy, accompanied by the head of the district, Alexander Appel, chairman of the Council of Deputies Vladimir Samokhin, first went to the Green Grove children's recreation camp, where a specialized sports shift was resting at that time - only 56 children. The guests were met by the head of the House of Children's Creativity Olga Bondar and the director of the camp Elena Rode.

Olga Bondar showed Alexei Varushchenkova how the camp was equipped with a video surveillance system, for which money was allocated from the regional budget. The entire territory under the video cameras, the data from which the camp is entered, thus, the guys are under constant supervision, none of the outsiders will penetrate the perimeter of the children's institution. Fire safety requirements are fulfilled in full, as well as requirements for the quality of water and nutrition. The recreation and recreation program was approved by the Department of Education and the Ministry of Social Development of the Novosibirsk Region. To the question "Do the guys like in the camp?" - "Yes!" - the children unequivocally answered.

Indeed, everything in the Green Grove is good, but it requires large financial investments. It is necessary to update the housing for living (primarily the roofs), repair or (immodest desire, but it is) to build a new complex, the press service of the Legislative Assembly noted. But the most acute problem is the old pedestrian path, the asphalt on which was completely unusable. It needs to be dismantled and new, but there is no money for this in the institution.

“We solve many issues with the head of the district, which, as far as possible, helps to meet, helps. I think we will remove this problem with joint forces, ”said Olga Bondar.

The delegation was met by the chief physician of the medical institution Alexander Zimin, who without hiding showed all the most “pain points” of the hospital building: falling bricks from the walls, the disappointing state of the children's department, the children's clinic. “Everything in our power, we do using funds from paid services, since there are no budget support for the repair of premises. We just need to repair the roof, which requires about 5 million rubles in the estimate, the windows are unusable. Great fears are caused by a basement that is full of water, this leads to the destruction of the foundation and walls. The full amount of repairs is scary, it is so great, ”the head physician complained.

“In order to solve the problem of financing, you need to understand the vision of the region’s Ministry of Health: what do they think about your hospital? The fact that the problem is acute - there is no doubt, the condition is depressing, despite all your efforts. But what is more important: investing in repairs, and colossal funds, or still the construction of a new hospital? I want to know the answer in the government to this question. In the near future I will meet with representatives of the ministry, and then we will already work on the problem, ”Aleksey Varyushchenkov assured.
