One colleague extremely surprised me, asking if I went to a rally on June 28 on Suvorovskaya Square. But I restrained myself and politely replied that only loafers, fools, mentally unbalanced personalities and professional liberalists go to all sorts of protests. Reasonable people sit in their workplace, working for the good of their homeland, and they only go to rallies and demonstrations at the call of the party and government - to demonstrate an indestructible unity.

Only such public events make sense, and everything else is empty, if not harmful. I don’t even want to talk about knowingly destructive actions arranged by the State Department like Navalny - let's look at the trade union rally. As usual, the comrades that gathered in the square demanded money: they say, it is necessary to increase the financing of science and fulfill the May decrees of the president. The disgrace, they say that the government does not carry out the May decrees of the president.

Dear colleagues, why are you so worried about the implementation of the May decrees?! To track their implementation, there are specially trained people who observe everything and fix everything, reporting upstairs if necessary. There are higher minds, which, based on considerations of state expediency, determine whether there is a need to force the implementation of decrees and instructions of the president or there is no such need.

Yes, colleagues, yes, you do not always need to observe the laws written: there are cases when it is better to close your eyes to their failure to fulfill than to adjust them. After all, May decrees are a kind of spiritual scrapers of the current presidential rule, they symbolize all the power and holy truth of our national leader. Therefore, in no case should you rule, adjust or cancel them - this would depreciate and profane their entire high symbolism. Spiritual scrapers should be unshakable! It’s better to just close your eyes.

What to do happens that the initial plans collapse under the influence of irresistible force circumstances. In 2012, no one could have thought that in 2015 it would have to be so fiercely opposed to the inclined West on all fronts, to crush his Bandera henchmen in Ukraine and Islamic puppet in Syria. And this, you see, requires serious funds, the budget is not rubber.

Well, judge for yourself what is more important-to wet terrorists in the Mariupol and Deir-Ez-Riza toilers or to cherish and cherish the leisure scientific public of an advanced age? In my opinion, colleagues, the choice here is obvious and he, alas and ah, is not in our favor.

Further, you, comrades, complain that a noticeably lower percentage of GDP is spent on fundamental science than in developed countries. This, sorry, is the ordinary greed in you: it is clear that if a foreign scientist pay salaries of thousands of euros every month, then, of course, it would be difficult to expect that a penny is spent on science there.

However, we must remember that we should not succumb to the thawing influence of the decaying West, where soullessness and a thirst for profit reign. If today we will stand on the slippery path of selfishness and achieve a sharp increase in our real salaries, then satiety will begin and tomorrow, you see, we will reach the legalization of gay brothers.

The Russian people have always been strong in their resourcefulness and ingenuity, our ideal is a left -handed person who will do everything himself, and not a burgher, who only knows how to work on everything ready. So you need not to reach for Western percentage of GDP, it is necessary to maintain national identity, including in science and innovation.

In addition, I have one more consideration why you should not go to rallies. Think, colleagues, where we will come if state decisions are made not according to the results of painstaking bureaucratic work, discussions at meetings and tips, but under the influence of rally screamers. The law on the budget should be born in the sacred silence of high offices, and not on noisy, worried areas. From us already enough of our friends and partners of the games with elections and ballots, who can allow us to get to power incompetent and simply dangerous persons, imposed on us.

In general, there is nothing to indulge in the street, the correct state approach should be as follows: rally, do not rally, you will still get what is supposed to.
