Probably, many have already heard the story of “how the Trinity House of Scientists kicked out an organization entitled“ Trinity Scientific Center ”from his native building.”
What happened?
First about what Troitsky Scientific Center (TNC) is. This, of course, is not a set of Trinity institutions, but a separate legal entity, designed to steal the general infrastructure of institutions (it exists) and serve as an interface between institutes and the city administration. Actually, there are only five full -time units, of which “meaningful” one is the scientific secretary. In addition, there is a presidium, which includes representatives of Troitsk institutes, which makes the main strategic decisions.
The Trinity House of Scientists at one time was established by the TNC. For a long time they could not find a suitable director: Du was in a coma. Finally, they hired Larisa Konevsky - with her everything twisted immediately, a museum of science was organized, and the Grant of Dynasty received his development. The museum somewhere took the federal first place, circles, a planetarium, regular lectures and science festivals appeared.
With the advent of Fano, the Trinity House of Scientists was transferred to his submission. Thus, the DU and the TNC became independent organizations at the same stage of the hierarchical staircase. Both organizations, in agreement, divided the premises in one building (an extension to a residential building with an area of about 2000 m2), which was in the operational management of the TNC. And in early June, the Fano without any discussions and approvals with the Presidium of the TNC makes a decision to transfer the building to the operational department of the House of Scientists.
Almost immediately, the Presidium of the TNC makes a resolution in which he accuses the director of the House of Scientists. The Chairman of the TNC Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergey Styshov resigns. Relations are spoiled, the conflict takes the form: TNC - DU.
In fact, the reason for the conflict is the unwillingness and inability of Fano officials to make decisions in the public, clearly motivate them and be responsible for them. As a result, Larisa Konevsky fell into the scapegoat. Last year, she was invited to write a statement for the transfer of the building to the operational department of the DU (they say, otherwise there are third candidates for the premises in the same fano), and then this statement was exhibited as the only basis for the decision.
Our point of view: no one needs a conflict, the reputation of the city is harmful and should be repaid in the shortest possible time. Claims of the TNC must be redirected by the fan.
The issue of the use of the premises should be solved by two parties in the working order and is fixed by a certain tripartite agreement with Fano.
A few words about the problems of the TNC, which, in addition, cut funding to a symbolic value. Such an organization, of course, is needed by the Trinity Institutes, so our newspaper is ready to advocate for its preservation and for the return of normal financing. At the same time, the problem arises: the answer to the question "What did the TNC have done in recent years?" We have to pull out the members of the Presidium with ticks. Such a question should not arise at all, since the goals, objectives and degree of their implementation should be clearly set out in public space on the organization’s website. And if specific goals and objectives are lacking, take them on yourself. Then it will become much easier and more pleasant to enter the TNC if necessary.
