The famous British singer Elton John canceled the performance in Germany in connection with the G20 summit, which will be held in Hamburg on July 7-8. It is reported by Focus with reference to the organizers of the concert.
The artist’s show was supposed to take place in Hamburg on Saturday, July 8. However, according to the organizers, the authorities did not give a landing permit to Elton John. The refusal is related to the restrictions caused by the meeting of the leaders of the "big twenty".
The performance was not canceled entirely, but postponed - on December 5, 2017. As expected, about 10 thousand fans of the star will visit the concert.
The musician himself regretted that he would not have the opportunity to perform in Hamburg on July 8. He thanked all his fans and apologized to them for the inconvenience. As Elton John noted, he is looking forward to the concert in December.
