An activist from Navalny’s headquarters in Astrakhan was fined for an action on June 12

The Kirovsky District Court of Astrakhan has fined Boris Kolomin, an activist from the local election headquarters of Alexei Navalny, 10,000 rubles, writes the Caucasian Knot.

Kolomin was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation by the organizer of the procedure for holding a public event) in connection with the anti-corruption campaign on June 12. The activist plans to appeal the court's decision.

The protocol for Kolomina was drawn up on June 23. The police considered him guilty of the fact that a group of people began to chant "Russia will be free" at the rally.

The rally in Astrakhan was not agreed upon , instead a meeting and a walk were held without means of agitation.
