Detained volunteers of Alexei Navalny's election headquarters in Novosibirsk, Vladislav and Alexandra, were released from the police department. This was reported by the assistant to the headquarters coordinator Elena Noskovets, asking not to indicate the names of the activists.

In addition to the volunteers, another Navalny supporter was also detained. He was released without drawing up a report.

Information that protocols were drawn up against activists under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer), was not confirmed.

On the morning of July 5, the police blocked Navalny’s Novosibirsk headquarters. Officers seized about two thousand copies of the election newspaper. A few hours later the police discovered that the building was mined.
