Dadin was detained near the FSB building when he was holding a single picket demanding the release of the organizer of the “Russian Marches” Yuri Gorsky, who was being interrogated in the case of public calls for extremist activities (Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code). On the evening of July 5, Gorsky was charged and detained pending trial.
