Ildar Dadin is left at the police station overnight

Activist Ildar Dadin, detained for a single picket, is left in the Meshchansky police station for the night before his trial. This was reported to the hotline.

OVD-InfoPresumably, the activist is charged with Part 1 of Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer).

Dadin was detained near the FSB building when he was holding a single picket demanding the release of the organizer of the “Russian Marches” Yuri Gorsky, who was being interrogated in the case of public calls for extremist activities (Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code). On the evening of July 5, Gorsky was charged and detained pending trial.
