The court left Leonid Razvozzhaev under supervision

The Krasnoyarsk regional court upheld the supervisory order for Leonid Razvozzhaev, who was convicted in the case of organizing riots on Bolotnaya Square, writes Radio Liberty . Under the terms of the order, Razvozzhaev was banned from visiting places where “mass and other events” were held for two years.

According to the publication, the court did not satisfy the appeal, since the administration of IK-31, where the activist was serving his sentence, considers him a malicious violator of the order: he allegedly kept a razor blade and a green ballpoint pen.

As Razvozzhaev's defense notes, the inaccurate wording of the order practically prohibits the oppositionist from leaving the house, since waiting at a public transport stop can be considered a “mass” or “other event”.

Razvozzhaev, who was arrested in 2012 as part of the Bolotnaya case, was released on April 7, 2017 after 4.5 years in prison. He was accused of organizing riots and preparing to organize riots, as well as illegally crossing the border.
