Another Tomsk resident was fined for a video message to Putin

The Leninsky District Court of Tomsk fined Elena Sosulina 5,000 rubles for a video message to President Vladimir Putin. She was found guilty under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting), reports . Sib.fm

On June 23, the court fined Galina Shergina, another local resident who participated in the recording of the video message, 20,000 rubles. The video was recorded on June 15th. Participants of the action, speaking out against corruption in law enforcement agencies, launched a letter addressed to the president in balloons.
