RBC: Kremlin will send Putin to the elections as a self -nominated

The current President of Russia Vladimir Putin will participate in the election of the head of state in 2018 as a self -nominated person. Such a scenario is considered in the Kremlin as a priority, reports RBC with reference to unnamed sources.

The interlocutors of the publication claim that Putin allegedly has “serious support in society”, and that it is “wider than the support of United Russia.” In this regard, as sources of RBC, Putin, will most likely go to the elections not from the party, but independently.

The elections of the President of Russia were scheduled for March 18, 2018. Putin himself is evading a direct answer about his participation in the elections.
