The Novosibirsk police checks the report on the maintenance of the opposition politician Alexei Navalny. Specialists-explosion equipment with dogs and police officers arrived at the place. Auto -zaks and fire trucks came to the building. It is known about the detention of two volunteers of the headquarters and one passerby.

According to Radio Liberty correspondent Tatyana Stabel, the police also blocked traffic in the center of Novosibirsk, which is why traffic jams arose in the city. Early in the morning, law enforcement agencies blocked the entrances to the office of the headquarters of Navalny. Volunteers took out a newspaper from there in support of the politician. They should have been distributed throughout Siberia and the Far East.

Later, the police broke the headquarters door. Part of the circulation of 250 thousand copies was seized by employees of the E -E Center. They stated that they were conducting an audit on the application for the storage of illegal campaigning in the headquarters. The headquarters claim that the police did not present the decision for the search.
