A participant in a solitary picket in support of the beaten volunteer of Navalny's headquarters, Milena Khutoryanskaya, was released from the Tagansky police station. A report on an administrative offense was drawn up against her under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it).
As the detainee herself told OVD-Info, the police kept her in the police station for more than three hours prescribed by law, and also, despite her petition, they did not let the public defender, who was near the police building, see her.
Milena Khutoryanskaya was detained on the afternoon of July 6 near the building of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Central Administrative District of Moscow. At the time of her arrest, the girl was holding a one-man picket demanding the release of Navalny's Moscow headquarters volunteer Alexander Turovsky, who is currently hospitalized after being detained and beaten by police.
