In St. Petersburg, the priest of the Association of Christian Eucharistic Communities Alexander Khmelev, who was detained before a picket in support of political prisoners, was called an ambulance. According to the OVD-Info hotline, there is a suspicion that Khmelev has a concussion, the priest became ill at the police station and fell down.
At the same time, the police expelled Khmelev, his public defender, from the 59th police department, where Khmelev is located.
It also became known that Khmelev is charged with an administrative offense, the responsibility for which is established by Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (evasion from the execution of an administrative penalty).
upd (23:34): According to the OVD-Info hotline, ambulance doctors hospitalized Alexander Khmelev to the Elizabethan Hospital in St. Petersburg. A police car followed the ambulance towards the hospital.
