In Kostroma and St. Petersburg, the carrier did not give out campaign materials to Navalny’s headquarters

The police seized campaign newspapers and leaflets, which were sent through the Delovye Linii transport company to Navalny's headquarters in Kostroma. This was reported on July 7 by the 7 × 7 portal.

Headquarters coordinator Alexander Subbotin said that the materials were intended for the Big Subbotnik campaign.

“According to the tracking tracker, the cargo arrived in Kostroma on July 6, but the Delovye Linii transport company told us that it was still on its way. Then they called and promised to deliver the cargo the next day, that is, July 7th. But today we were handed a letter signed by the director of a separate structural unit of Delovye Linii LLC in Kostroma Seliverstov, which says that our cargo was seized by the internal affairs bodies and for all questions we should contact the police department No. 2 of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city Kostroma," Subbotin said. According to him, the seizure of campaign materials will not interfere with the holding of the "Big Subbotnik" in Kostroma, since the headquarters has the necessary stock.

In St. Petersburg, cargo is also a problem. Polina Kostyleva, coordinator of the local headquarters, said that they were only able to receive one of the three parcels. Writes about this July 7 "Open Russia".

According to Kostyleva, the day before, the company's website indicated that the cargo had arrived at the terminal and was awaiting payment. But while they were processing the receipt of the first parcel, the rest were suddenly blocked. “Today, the status of these parcels on the website has already been changed and our cargo – all of a sudden – is “on its way”. We still have good news: we have one and a half tons of newspapers. But the remaining parcels contain thousands of leaflets and stickers that were ordered for the Big Subbotnik,” says Kostyleva.

Employees of Navalny's headquarters wrote a statement to the prosecutor's office.

“Relations with Delovye Linii are regulated by an agreement, and therefore everything that happens is solely on their conscience - they obviously violate the agreement,” said the headquarters coordinator.
